If you do not agree to these terms then you should leave LuvPoint.com immediately, not use any of the materials or products available herein, and/or not purchase templates.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL LUVPOINT.COM AND IT’S OWNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE, EVEN IF LUVPOINT.COM OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOUR USE OF MATERIALS FROM THIS SITE RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION OF EQUIPMENT OR DATA, YOU ASSUME ANY COSTS THEREOF.

Software Download Purchases
All payments are handled through PayPal. It is a one time purchase. We do not offer any subscription services. If you wish to pay via 2CheckOut or MoneyBookers, please, send us your request using the contact form.
An email receipt is sent immediately after a successful purchase is completed. It contains a link and all details for downloading your purchases. If you have not recieved an e-mail from in 24 hours, please, contact us using the contact form.

Refund Policy
LuvPoint.com do not issue refunds after the purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon making purchase at LuvPoint.com. Software, once copied, cannot be returned like a physical product thereby offering no protection to LuvPoint.com for fraudulent returns. Fully featured demo provided for every template and it is customer’s responsibility to test any product before making decisions.

Warranty
LuvPoint.com provide templates “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that templates will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that these templates will be functional with all versions of used software (vldPersonals, WordPress, osDate, etc). LuvPoint.com do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications. In no event shall LuvPoint.com and it’s owners be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
All templates are developed for standard installation of the software you use (vldPersonals, WordPress, osDate, etc). That means all modifications you’ve made to your installed script/template should be transferred into purchased template by yourself.

Templates Usage Policy
After purchase is made templates are supplied to the customer for personal use only. You may not offer any of our products, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind. If you are not in direct ownership of a web site, you may not install purchased template in that location. You shall not place any of products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, web site or any other medium. If you are a web designer, you may not use our templates to develop web sites for your clients unless you have purchased an additional license for each new client.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of LuvPoint.com and it’s owners. Templates are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our templates to fit your specific needs, however, you may not redistribute or re-release templates, even after modifications have been made, as GPL/GNU or under any license whatsoever. You may use our templates under the understanding that all themes downloaded are still copyright of LuvPoint.com and it’s owners, and that all plugins utilized must retain their respective licenses.

License
Users are granted a multiple use license for each template provided by LuvPoint.com under the condition that the user is in ownership of each web site in which the template is being used on. Under no circumstance can a user resell or redistribute these templates, modified or unmodified, to another person, nor can a user place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, web site or any other medium for distribution.
The above license does not apply to the plugins (JavaScript, PHP) that could be included/compatible with the template. These plugins are not governed by the above license, and instead, retain their respective licenses (as noted in the files themselves).
